You can install additional iShield Plus on top of what we provide in our UniFi packages. It is a comprehensive solution that:

Getting started
  1. Download iShield™ Plus here
  2. This application can only run on platform Window XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7
  3. Once Ishield Plus has finished installing, the Completing the Ishield Plus Setup Wizard window will appear.
  4. Once installed, the Software Registration: iShield™ Plus - Step 1 window will appear
  5. Select the register option by clicking on the circle to the left of the caption Register iShield Plus. Click the Next button to proceed. You need to be connected to the Internet in order to register iShield™ Plus.
  6. Enter your serial number (from Confirmation Slip). Enter your email twice in the text boxes labeled Email and Confirm Email and then press the Next button. If the registration fails please check that you are connected to the Internet
  7. In this window, enter the password you wish to use for iShield™ Plus twice (the second time to confirm you have typed it correctly) and press the Next button
  8. The Installation Successful Window will appear from which you can launch the iShield™ Plus Control Panel

This is a 2 way messaging service that is offered to customers through a single portal (using the UniFi Phone number access).  By default, you will get ONE (1) Infoblast account once you subscribe to one of our packages.

SMS charges are as follows:

- 1 to 50,000 sms @ 12sen/sms
- 50,001 to 100,000 sms  @ 11sen/sms
- 100,001 and above sms  @ 10sen/sms

How to use?

2)         Dial * 43 #.
3)         Listen to the tone indicating successful activation of the service.

Call Waiting
1)      Caller C calls during Caller A-B conversation.
2)      Caller C hears the announcement indicating that Caller A is busy on another call. Caller A hears a beep tone.
3)      Caller A place the call with Caller B on hold and connect the call from Caller C.

Cancel Call Waiting
1)      Lift the phone receiver and listen to the dial tone.
2)      Dial #43#.
3)      Listen to the tone indicating successful cancellation of the service.

3- Party Voice Conference
1)      Caller A holds Caller B during the conversation and makes another call to Caller C.
2)      Hold Caller C.
3)      Then, Caller A presses the call button to enter 3-part conference.

Activate Do Not Disturb Features
1)      Lift the phone receiver and listen to the dial tone.
2)      Dial *56#.
3)      Listen to the tone indicating successful activation of the service.

Cancel Do Not Disturb Features
1)      Lift the phone receiver and listen to the dial tone.
2)      Dial #56#.
3)      Listen to the tone indicating successful cancellation of the service.


Call Hold
1)      Dial 1 300 88 1222 for TM UniFi Center.
2)      Give the details requested from TM UniFi Center.
3)      TM UniFi Center will subscribe the feature immediately on calling.

Voice Mail
1)      Dial 1 300 88 1222 for TM UniFi Center.
2)      Give the details requested from TM UniFi Center.
3)      TM UniFi Center will subscribe the feature immediately on calling.
4)      Next, lift the phone receiver and listen to the dial tone.
5)      Dial 1 300 88 6245.
6)      Listen to the Interactive Voice Respond Tone and follow the instructions.


Caller ID
1)      Call TM UniFi Center  at 1 300 88 1222
2)      Give the details requested from TM UniFi Center.
3)      TM UniFi Center will activate the feature immediately on calling.
